Our standard Shopify build takes 14 working days from signed brief to live site. This covers: brand and strategy review (days 1–2), design and architecture sign-off (days 3–5), full build and integration (days 6–12), and QA, speed audit, and launch (days 13–14). Shopify Plus or custom app builds take longer depending on complexity — we scope that upfront.

For most DTC builds we start with a premium Shopify theme (Dawn, Impulse, or similar) and customise it heavily — this is faster and gives you a well-maintained codebase. For complex builds or Shopify Plus, we build custom sections and templates on top. We'll always recommend the right approach for your budget and the level of control you need.

Every build includes: GA4 with enhanced e-commerce events, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel with Conversions API (server-side for accurate attribution), and Klaviyo web tracking. Shopify Plus is worth it when you're doing £1M+ per year in revenue, need multi-currency/multi-language stores, want custom checkout scripting, or need B2B wholesale functionality. Below that threshold, standard Shopify with the right theme and apps does everything you need. We'll tell you honestly which one makes sense for your current stage — we don't upsell Shopify Plus to brands that don't need it.

Yes. Every build includes 30 days of post-launch monitoring and bug fixes. After that, we offer monthly CRO retainers — where we continue testing, iterating, and optimising the store based on live data. We can also stay on as your development partner for ongoing feature builds, seasonal updates, and app integrations. Nothing drops off after launch day.
