Creative Production and Build

Launch, Learn and Optimise

Do you manage the ad spend or do we pay you a management fee?

We charge a management fee for strategy and execution. Ad spend goes directly to Meta, Google, or TikTok, we never touch your budget. This means you always have full visibility and control over where your money is going.

How long until we see results?

Most clients see meaningful ROAS data within the first 4 weeks. The first 2 weeks are campaign build and learning phase — we always set realistic expectations upfront. Accounts that already have conversion data from prior campaigns tend to ramp faster.

What's the minimum ad spend you recommend?

For Meta Ads, we recommend a minimum of £1,500–£2,000/month in ad spend to give the algorithm enough data to exit the learning phase. For Google PMax, we recommend £50–£70/day (approximately £1,500–£2,100/month). We'll always advise on the right spend level for your goals.

We track Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) — total revenue divided by total ad spend across every channel — which gives you an honest view of what's actually working. We also look at new customer acquisition rate, repeat purchase rate, cohort-level CLV, and blended attribution across Meta, Google, and email. If the MER is growing month on month, the business is scaling. That's the number we care about most.
