Yes, the monthly fee covers our management services. However, the actual ad spend (the budget for running your ads) is separate and paid directly to the platform (e.g., Facebook, Tiktok). We recommend starting with a minimum ad budget of £150-£300 per month.
Can I switch platforms after I’ve signed up?
Yes, you can switch platforms at the start of a new month. Just let us know at least a week in advance so we can prepare the new campaign strategy.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
We offer a flexible month-to-month service with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time, but we recommend running your ads for at least three months to see meaningful results.
Do I need to have an active Ad Account?
For all plans with no exception, we will require you to have an active clean ad account, with no previous ban on Facebook. If you need help creating your ad account we will be happy to send you a step by step video guide.
How will I know if the campaign is working?
